This beautiful home is situated in the South Hills, a quaint neighborhood of Charleston, West Virginia. Within walking distance are parks, restaurants, coffee and trails for walking or jogging. Less than 5 minutes from downtown as well as major shopping areas, this home is perfectly located for your stay in West Virginia. The space We welcome you to our home away from home. We are fellow Airbnb travelers, so we have taken great care in making sure you have a comfortable stay. You will feel at home here. Master Bedroom (upstairs): Queen-size bed with private full bathroom. You have the whole upstairs to yourselves. There is also a single rollaway bed that can be set up. Bedroom 2: Queen bed and located off the dining room hallway. Bedroom 3: This room is cozy. It has a full (aka double) sleep number bed and is also off the dining room hallway. In addition to the two bedrooms, on the main floor you will find our well equipped kitchen, dining room that seats 7, living room and a full bathroom. We have both street parking and a private driveway that offers a flat, stair free entrance in the rear of the house. Decorated with comfort in mind, this is our home away from home, and we know you will love staying here. Guest access The whole house is accessble to our guests (with the exception of the basement). 3 bedroom, 2 bath, laundry, kitchen, living room and dining room. Other things to note This is a NO Smoking, NO drug use property. We do not allow parties or any illegal activity. We have wonderful neighbors that keep an eye our for any unusual activity and will alert us.
