Wishful Thinking is a beautiful island retreat located two blocks from the beach. This three-bedroom two full bath home offers 3 large bedrooms all with new memory foam mattresses. The primary bedroom provides a king-size bed along with a full ensuite bathroom. The fenced in backyard with new paver patio offers shade and sun for family games and gatherings. The home is located in the middle of the island an easy 5 minute walk to the beach with easy access to golf, tennis and bike paths. The space The house offers two, recently updated with new furniture, living spaces; a front living room and a back family room with a wall of sliding glass doors leading to the shared fenced backyard and new paver patio/pergola and garden. You can hear the waves from the backyard as the tide comes in and goes out. All linens and bedding provided. Beach towels are not provided. All new mattresses in each bedroom 2024. Guest access The house is yours to enjoy during your stay as well as the backyard. The house is a duplex so you may see our neighbors in the backyard on occasion. They are a friendly, retired couple and enjoy meeting our guests if that is of interest to you. Other things to note All linens and bedding are provided. Starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and starter roll of paper towels in kitchen. If additional paper products are needed guest should provide. Additional fee for dogs.
