A modern farmhouse escape with everything at your fingertips. We are centrally located in the heart of the Poconos. The home is flooded with natural sunlight throughout the day. Perfect place to unwind with friends or family. We are only an hour and a half away from NYC. The space The home has been newly renovated. A modern, open concept, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental. Each bedroom has a television, hangers, extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your meals. You will also find some staples such as salt, pepper and oil. Kitchen also has a coffee/tea bar. Bathrooms have towels, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. There is also a playpen available for families with babies. Bedroom 1- Has a king sized bed and a daybed which extends to another king sized bed (2 twin mattresses side by side). Bedroom 2- Queen size bed. Bedroom 3- 1 Full size bed, 2 twin beds. Downstairs you will find the game room and 2nd full bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa as well as a futon for guests. You will also find board games, an air hockey table, children's toys and a smart tv. *Keyless entry *WiFi *Not a party house. *We welcome groups and families where adults over age 25 will be present. *No events without review and permission. *No pets. *No access to garage or laundry room. *There is a fee to use fireplace. We do not provide firewood. *No shoes in the house. We ask that all visitors remove their shoes upon entering to keep the house as sanitary as possible. *No smoking in the house.
