The second bedroom has a French sized bed, blackout shutters and an attached oversized closet. All beds are equipped with the highest luxury linens and noise reducing windows that will ensure for a peaceful sleeping experience. The kitchen comes equipped with everything that you would have at home. Built-in refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, oven/microwave combo, and dishwasher. Check in after 8.00pm is possible on request and with a late check in fee of 50 euros, to be paid on arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increases to 100 euros. The rental property is located within the Ztl area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking. The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the Ztl area while driving to the parking. We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.
