The living room is furnished with a comfy couch where you can either watch or relax in front of the flat screen Tv. For gamers there is even a playstation 4 with a number of games. The elegant dining table seats 8, and the bar seats 2, making this a perfect spot for your favorite tropical drinks, great food and good company! Have a little work to do while you’re here? The home’s high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling gourmet kitchen, configured with expansive counter space and top-quality Wmf and Kitchen Aid appliances. You will find, among other things, a Nespresso coffee machine, Emerio egg cooker, Le Chai wine cooler, Krups waffle maker, Wmf juicer, Kitchen Aid toaster, kettle, blender and mixer in the kitchen. For your convenience, a special tap has been installed that discharges purified water and is therefore completely safe to drink from. Conveniently located on the main floor you will find the first two beautiful bedrooms with a king size bed, Tv, wardrobe and both rooms with an attached full bathroom. Here you will find a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Take the stairs up to the upper floor for great sea and Calpe views! The master bedroom has plenty of space to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The luxurious adjoining bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. If you take the stairs to the lower floor of the house you will find an extra living room with comfortable seating, Tv and dining table with 6 seats. The smaller kitchen, like the kitchen on the main floor, is fully equipped with good quality equipment from brands such as Wmf and Kitchen Aid. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with double beds and a shared bathroom in the hallway. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and Tv. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Take a dip in the sparkling pool and relax in the bubbling jacuzzi (option to heat). Relax on the comfy sun beds and watch your family enjoy the pool or the jacuzzi. The exotic palms complete the experience of true relaxation in enjoying your hard earned vacation. Got an appetite after relaxing or intensive swimming?
