This is a newly renovated home within walking distance to downtown and a couple blocks off the highway to calamus lake. It is a quiet neighborhood with a huge backyard hang out with fire pit and grill. Inside entertainment includes a foosball/game room and pool table for you to enjoy, and all TVs have streaming devices! The space Bedroom 1 (upstairs): triple twin bunk beds & futon Bedroom 2 (upstairs): futon Bedroom 3 (upstairs): queen bed Couch (living room upstairs): full size pull out Couch (living room downstairs): queen size pull out Bedroom 4 (downstairs): queen size bed & full over full bunk bed. Also includes 2 blow up queen mattresses Guest access Guest have access to the whole house except the garage and downstairs storage room. Other things to note Our house has a ring doorbell at the front door. This enables me to make sure your booking is for the correct number of guests. If you have more than 6 guest staying this will add an addition charge per night. This ensures we get compensated for the extra cleaning and laundry that comes with extra guests. NO PETS ALLOWED!!! You will be charged an additional $200 for bringing any pets inside the home! We have pillows and blankets for the house, however, if you like a certain pillow type (ex: firm or soft pillows) you may want to bring your own!
