The space ABOUT COPALIS BEACH COTTAGE Guests are welcome to enjoy the first floor of this comfortable two-story house, with a large lot, a generous backyard and trees surrounding the home. On entering, you'll find a bright and airy great room encompassing living, dining and kitchen areas. An overstuffed sofa and chair are situated around the gas burning fireplace, great for warming up those cool beach evenings. The dining area can accommodate six and in addition to an enjoyable eating spot, can double for doing puzzles, playing board games or Go Fish! with the kids. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances - refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster - as well as plenty of dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans. The home is great for (licensed) clamming enthusiasts, with its own clam cleaning station right next to the kitchen. MORE ABOUT COPALIS BEACH COTTAGE Two bedrooms in the home offer queen-sized beds, the third has twin bunks. One full bathroom with tub/shower combo, makes it easy to get the sand cleaned off everybody after their day at the beach. Plush linens for everyone are supplied. Also convenient for getting rid of the sand are the full-sized washer and dryer, available for guest use. When you're ready to get away from the beach, it's an easy walk to Copalis Beach, where you'll find stores, local restaurants, bars, plus rentals of bikes and surfing gear. Dogs are welcome (no more than two, please) with our per night per pet fee. While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards. We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking. We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise. MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise.
