There are no facilities during off peak times, however, don't forget the beach is just a pebble’s throw from the mobile home and is great in the winter too. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.
