Other things to note - 4 people are included in the rental rate every additional person is $5 per night + Tax - Pet Fee $135 per pet. -Penalty for bringing an unauthorized pet $235 per pet. -Damage waiver included in the cleaning fee -Heated Pool: The pool heater is set to heat up to 85 degrees, every day from 11AM to 6PM. We understand each guest may have different preferences for pool temp. If you would like the pool to be heated up to 90 (we do not heat the pool above 90) you can do so with a daily rate of $20.
