This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. Guest access South Seas resort remains closed until Dec 19th following damage from hurricane Helene and Milton, private rentals are however allowed. Hurricane remediation efforts are ongoing, there may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators and laundry rooms remain closed, the pool and beach access are open and accessible. Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Tennis Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds.
