Other things to note We have taken great care to use material with low VOC in the house. The HVAC system have HEPA filters. There is a water filtration system for the whole house, and an additional filtration for drinking water located in the smaller faucet on the kitchen island. Absolutely no pets or smoking is allowed at the house.
