Villa Amaya is a modern pristine 3 bed, 3 bath villa with breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, private lap pool and 3 min walk to the beach. The villas stunning ocean views, high end finishes and array of modern conveniences create the perfect setting for romantic moments or joyful family memories. We are new to Airbnb but not to other sites (100% 5 star ratings). Villa is ideally located in a gated, upscale area with a short drive to restaurants, shopping & attractions. The space The villa is built on 3 levels. The main living and bedroom areas comprise the first 2 levels and the lower level features a home cinema with seating for 6. The main level features retractable floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that can fully open on two sides for glorious views and ocean breezes. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. 1 bedroom is on the main level, and 2 more are a level down with direct access to the pool deck overlooking the ocean. The pool is a 32' foot lap pool private for this villa. On the cinema level, Apple, Netflix and Roku and other streamers are ready to go and there are 100 Dvd's of popular movies and tv shows. There is wetbar and for those that simply can't leave work behind, an office. All levels have hi-speed internet. The villa is modern with expansive views and hi end finishes. Guest access Our on-island concierge will greet you at the villa, check you in and check you out. Other things to note We supply 2 housekeeping visits per 1 week stay, and of course a deep cleaning before and after every guest. This is a home lovingly cared for and occasionally used by the owners. It is offered for a limited number of vacation rentals. Rigorous cleaning practices are employed.
