This Northern Property is located on the Cheboygan River just 10 minutes from town. The house is just 2.5 north of Mullet Lake, Indian River and Burt lake, and just 4 miles south of Duncan Bay and Lake Huron! The house is set privately at the end of a road. From Arcade, card and pool tables inside, to water access, grills, kayaks, paddle boards and a dock to fish or anchor your boat outside, you can have a paradise get away and plenty to do with out even leaving! This means that you could get your code up to 48 hours prior to check or the morning of check in. Other things to note Kitchen Fridge Alarm: If the Fridge is opened for long than 20 seconds the alarm will go off. To turn the alarm off, please find the alarm button on the fridge and hold down for 3 to 8 seconds. You can do this while the door is opened or closed. MASTER BATHROOM SHOWER: This shows that the Hot is up and the Cold is down. This is incorrect. For the water to get hot the lever will need to be pointing down and for the water to get cold is should be pointing up! LOCKED DOORS: There are three locked doors, (Under the stairs, inner garage door, master bedroom closet), 1 locked kitchen cabinet and 1 locked Ice machine. These are for Owners use only. Thermostats: There are four controls in the house. 1st floor: on the interior wall near the dining room table & the exterior wall of the first-floor bathroom. 2nd floor: Master Bedroom & Bunk bedroom. They are all set to 68. If you need to change this, please use the up and down arrows to select the temperature and press hold. If you have any issues, please call/text us. 1. SMOKING: no smoking is permitted inside the home or the garage. Please smoke 5 feet away from the home and all cigarette buts needs to be extinguished and disposed of. 2. PETS: No pets in the house 3. NOISE: quite time outside begins at 11pm and ends at 6am. 4. PROPERTY LINES: This winter, please use the end of the brick patio to the right of the house as a guideline for the property line. In May of 2021, a line of trees will be put in to clearly mark this property line. 5. KITCHEN USE: Please use amenities and accessories with care. 6. GAME ROOM/ BILLIARD ROOM: Please be aware that these machines are expensive and take maintenance. Please use with care and be patient with the initial loading of the game. GAME INSTRUCTIONS: Each game in the garage has instructions posted on the wall next it. There is one central switch ( to the right of the door when you walk into the garage) which needs to be turned on. Golden Tee and the Detroit Pistons TV’s will have to be manually turned on. Please see instructions. Some take longer than others to load so be patient. Once the games are on you may leave them on but please make sure to turn off before you leave. GARAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Please do not open the Garage to the game room as this is a heated, temperature-controlled area. There is a switch on the right hand side when you enter the garage that is turned on. Please leave this on, other wise it will turn all of the power to the games off. 7. POOL TABLE: please only break from the end closest to the couch. 8. NEIGHBORS: We do have neighbors, so as mentioned above outside quiet time begins at 11pm and ends at 6am 9. TRASH: all trash must be taken out to the dumpster at the end of the driveway 10. SNOWMOBILES: Please be cognizant of the property lines that are mentioned in the House manual as to not disturb the only neighboring house to the left of this rental. 11. BEDROOM LIGHTS/FANS Master bedroom/Coral bedspread Room/ King Bedroom: These three rooms all have remote controls for the fan’s and light. Each one should have a light button that will turn the light on and off and different settings for the fan. Bunk bedroom/1st Floor Queen room: these rooms have normal light switch to turn on and off. They both have a standing oscillating fan (bunk room fan is in the closet). All Bedrooms are equipped with an echo dot so you can listen to music in any room! 12. TV’S: All TV’s are smart TV’s and have YouTube TV, Netflix and Hulu apps available for you to log into your account. You are welcome to add other apps to the TV if you have an account you’d like to log into. 13. LAUNDRY ROOM: Feel free to do use the laundry machine for CLOTHING ONLY while you stay. NO SHOES OR BOOTS. There is laundry soap provided under the washing machine in the pop out drawer. 14. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: The garages have no available parking; however the driveway is extremely long and has plenty of space for cars! Please do not park on the lawn as it will destroy the grass. 15. PROPERTY LINES: In the Winter it hard to make out the property lines to the left of the house when facing the front of the house and water. Please use the end of the brick paved area just past the hot tub in the back yard as the running line. In May of 2021, a line of Tree’s will be planted to mark this line.
