Lovely cottage minutes from boat ramp at Holmes Creek, a short drive from downtown Smithville. Very comfortable queen bed in BR1, 2nd BR has twin bunks, loft with queen bed and a smart TV. Kitchen is all new with everything you need. The cozy living room has a 50" smart TV. The screened in porch has a 50" smart TV. Outside we have a fire pit, perfect for winding down after a day at the lake. We also have a lighted covered carport big enough for a couple of cars or a boat trailer. Guest access Smart lock for access Other things to note We require a security deposit which can be one of two options: Security Deposit - Pay a $250 deposit that is REFUNDABLE if the property was not damaged in any way. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 days depending on your credit card company. Damage Waiver - Pay a $75 one-time NON-REFUNDABLE fee that can help us cover small damages and wear and tear.
