Guest access WARNING: Cottage entrance is located at the bottom of a steep winding gravel pathway with stone steps through a beautiful garden leading down to the deck. Not ADA accessible, not ideal for those without stable footing and balance. Must be 21 or older to rent the Lakehouse. Sleeping arrangements are available for up to 3 guests. Maximum occupancy for daytime is 10 visitors. Please inform daytime visitors to find street parking if both spaces are occupied. All guests must be accurately registered to stay on property. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight or visit without prior notice. Prospective guests with no ID-verification and/or prior reviews are welcome with security deposit. One well-trained pet is welcome with approval from the host, subject to $50/pet nonrefundable pet fee and security deposit. 30+ day stays are subject to security deposit, background check, and signed month-to-month lease through Avail. Other things to note Professional cleaning service fee covers sanitization, laundering, and restocking of supplies. Guest will be responsible for washing and putting away used dishes, taking out garbage, placing all used towels and linens in a pile in the bathroom, and returning all lake equipment to storage. Property has home security camera monitoring (doorbell and lower backyard area) to prevent theft, parties, and unregistered overnight guests. This is a lake cottage supplied with well water and we do not recommend drinking the tap water.
