As you enter the home the living room with large bay window greets you, a beautiful comfortable cozy space with large tv and shelves full of books for your use and enjoyment. Adjoining dining room with dining table and seating for 8 which opens conveniently to the well appointed kitchen with brand new stainless appliances a brand new Samsung Gas Range, with a no preheat airfry oven,that is large capacity for multiple items or large items. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and all of your cooking needs, along with an espresso machine, kuerig, French press and plenty of counter space. As you continue down the hallway on this main floor you will find three of the 4 bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one bedroom with an office space & Twin XL, and a full recently updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All beds have plush stylish linens, & all bedrooms are air conditioned for ultimate comfort for every season. Downstairs you will find the 4th bedroom a very large spacious King Bedroom with a full bathroom Ensuite, and laundry space with washer and dryer available for use during your stay. Just off the dining area on the main floor through sliding glass doors is a beautiful raised deck space with comfortable outdoor living area and a new Kamado Joe Grill. As you make your way off of the raised deck and down to the large level fenced back yard you will see the Hideaway Oasis, an inground swimming pool, with slide + diving board, and a brand new 7 seater hot tub with 78 jets, foot massager, LED lighting & waterfall. Guest access Guest will have access to the home, all bedrooms and bathrooms, the pool, hot tub, deck, and back yard. Other things to note The home will be cool in the summer and warm in the winter with the brand new carrier mini split systems, easily operated via remote control. The backyard is completely fenced. Sound Bar is available for use and can be used via bluetooth connection from any bluetooth capable device. Firewood is available for the outdoor fire pit, payable by honor system or digital payment.
