Dacha Holiday Home – Description Sleeps 6Dacha Holiday Home is a detached holiday accommodation furnished and designed to a high-standard. The country style kitchen and dining room area is well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably Property layout – Ground floor: - Country style kitchen and dining area - Living room with high ceilings and velux window, wood burner & Tv. - Patio doors leading out to the large garden - Second living room with open fire, Tv, Dvd player. - Bedroom1: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 - Main bathroom with bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin Towels are provided within the home. Outside this pretty seaside holiday home is a large lawned garden with a patio area and garden furniture provided. There is also the added bonus of an outside hot shower, perfect for washing off stubborn sand after a fun day at one of the spectacular local beaches in the area. Local area & Tourist Attractions Located just a short stroll from Dacha Holiday Home is the picturesque fishing village of Ardmore. Stroll to the selection of local shops, traditional pubs and excellent restaurants. Things to do in the local area: - “The House”: Michelin-star restaurant at the local five-star Cliff House Hotel - The Pattern Festival every July - Ardmore Adventures - Cliff Walking - Blue Flag beaches: Ballyquin, Whiting Bay, Coady Cove, Caliso Bay. - Youghal - Dungarvan: seaside market & harbour - Lismore - Cycle the Waterford Greenway - Rosslare Harbour IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €100 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Internet access: Wi-Fi is available on request @€10 per week.
