Located in the heart of the cozy beach town of Pacific Beach and just a brief walk to the sandy beach about one block away. Nothing is better than a typically quiet town with the sounds of the waves in the background. This newly remodeled and updated 8 condo complex has the perfect mix of history and modern day. Visit the office or read thru the guidebooks in each condo. Surprising how this stretch of beach, villages and towns helped to develop what is known as the North Beach. We love it here! The space New photos and additional details to be added when updates are completed 4/2024 Guest access You will have full access to the courtyard, hot tubs and conversation area w/propane fireplace and 36" Blackstone grill. The hot tubs and conversation area are covered under Purple Leaf gazebos, so can be used year round. The courtyard also has 2 charcoal BBQs and a smoker. Please bring your own charcoal. The courtyard is currently open 24 hours a day. It is a quiet space, especially from 10pm until 10am. Guests will be given one warning to lower excessive noise. Continued noise may be cause for cancelling the remainder of your stay and potential fine. Children under 18 may not be in the courtyard without an adult. Full rules are available at the complex or by request. Other things to note We will always allow early check ins and late check outs as the calendar allows. Please ask us typically about 2 days prior to your stay and we will do the best we can depending on staffing.
