Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Service pets are permitted with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. Bringing a pet without authorization forfeits your deposit and will be asked to check-out early without a refund and there will be a $300 fine for additional cleaning. ★ NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fine for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ Garbage/Recycle★ The garbage and recycling center is located in the main gate behind member services. Please dispose all of your trash before checkout. It is a simple drive through process and if you need assistance unloading trash, please stop by during staffed hours. ★Food★ Grocery stores and restaurants are about 15-30mins away. We recommend stocking up on groceries on your way over. Although, some say they've had luck with Insta-Cart & DoorDash.
