Located close to great local shops and restaurants, you’ll immerse yourself in the Outer Banks lifestyle in no time. This updated 4-bedroom, 2-bath modern beach cottage in Kitty Hawk has everything you need for your time in Outer Banks including plenty of indoor and outdoor hangout space, a large yard, and glimpses of the ocean as you sip your coffee from the back deck. The space Upon entering the house you will enjoy the wide open living, kitchen and dining area. Living room seating for 6 and plenty of extra dining chairs and bar stools. There are two bedrooms on each side of the living/dining area. Each side also as its own full bathroom. Where you’ll sleep: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen over Queen bunk bed Bedroom 4: Full bed The kitchen is fully stocked with most anything you would need during your stay. There have been guests that have made their Thanksgiving meal here and others who have done a crab boil. You’ll find a smart tv in the living room and every bedroom equipped with YouTube TV and 1G high-speed internet for all of your streaming, along with a variety of board games to play with the whole group. Outside there are two seating areas available while you take advantage of your choice of propane or charcoal grill. In the front you can relax under cover and enjoy the sunset in the distance to the West. Out back there is seating for everyone as you overlook the large back yard and listen to the ocean. Fill the day with fun in the back yard while you enjoy the volleyball net and horseshoes. Or open up the outdoor storage closet and set up spike ball or Kan Jam. We do a monthly preventative bug treatment for the house to prevent as many bugs as we can.
