NEW Queen bed in upstairs bedroom across the hall from the upstairs master bedroom Direct T.V.'s in LR and in both master bedrooms Light and bright open kitchen ***This home has a regular coffee maker that uses grounds. ***Townhomes were not built with Air conditioning. ***One of the upstairs room is a non conforming bedroom Guest access When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately a half mile from the home. This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season) Other things to note You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.3 night minimum over holidays.  4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year. Weather conditions and acts of nature that may disrupt or effect your stay such as, but not limited to, rain/snow storms, smoky skies due to forest fires, excessive heat waves, low water or lake/stream levels as a result of drought and/or lack of winter snow fall is of no fault of Agent or Property owner which is out of our control. There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather-related situations, mechanical or electrical failure, ski or golf conditions, power failures or family feuds. Please understand that visiting natural forest mountain environments in the Eastern Sierras of California are beautiful...but can be unpredictable.
