PETS ARE TO BE LEASHED 100% OF THE TIME. We expect the same level of respect and decorum you would have in your own house, your mothers house, or your grandmothers house. Bad behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and will be subject to termination of the rental contract without notice and maybe subject to full loss of deposit and funds paid for any instance deemed unacceptable behavior by myself, my designee, and or any other owner(s) or guest(s) within the complex.
