Please note that this has been my personal home for over 20 years. If you are looking for a dedicated Airbnb rental run by a company, with no personal touches or possessions in the space and no contact or connection with the owner, this rental might not be the right fit. But if you're looking for a "home away from home" feel, like you're visiting a friend's house while she's away, with plenty of cozy spaces to relax, with ample storage for guest clothing, and with local tips from someone who has lived her entire life in the area, let's connect! Guest access I'll be there to greet you and show you a few quick things such as how to lock and unlock the door with the code. If you are being very Covid-cautious, I'm happy to remain masked and at a distance, outdoors. However, I like to meet each guest personally, since this is my home. Booking a stay in this house means that you have agreed to all of the listed house rules, which can be found in the "House Rules" section of this ad. Please read them in advance. This is a requirement of my insurance company. You will also be asked to add the names/emails of all those 18+ who will be staying with you. This is to protect both of us under the Airbnb insurance policy. Only guests attached to the reservation are covered. Stays longer than 28 days require a conversation first, and a potential background check. :) Guests who book for more than 30 days MUST have the house cleaned once/month. The fee for this is included. Other things to note I live in this house, but can stay in my down-county apartment for as long as you would like to stay here, whether it is a short- or longer-term rental. Please note that there is one bathroom; the shower and the tub are in the same room. Children will need to be supervised in the yard: there is unfettered access to a creek and the lawn is not fenced in and the adjacent roads have a 45mph speed limit. As indicated in the photographs, the front of the house is quite close to the road.
