Watch movies, play air hockey and Arcade games. (basketball game & foosball avail for small charge). Close to lake/trails The space The area for rent is a walkout basement apartment. It is a private area with an electronic code-keyed door. It has a full kitchen with everything you will need to prepare food and eat. There is a large backyard with 2 tree swings, a trampoline, a pavilion with a grill and a picnic table, a fire pit, and 2 tetherball standards. we also have an air hockey table inside the unit (free play), an arcade gaming console with thousands of classic games, and a foosball table available to be set up for an additional charge ($25) We have a homestead with goats, free-roaming chickens, and bees. You can set up a time for a private animal experience milking momma goats, feeding goats, bottle feeding baby goats (depending on the time of year), holding and feeding chickens, tasting goat milk, learning about bees, and trying fresh honeycomb. ($50 for a family hour session) We also have other products for sale, like honey, fresh goat milk and cheese, goat milk lotion, and fresh eggs. We can host family parties, weddings, BBQs, receptions, etc... Contact us for more information and pricing. Guest access Guests will have access to the private basement apartment and the large backyard, including all amenities listed above. Guests should not enter animal pens or disrupt the beehives. Please be kind to the animals including the free-range chickens and 2 barn cats. Other things to note We are located about 2 miles from Bartholomew Reservoir (sandy beach, swimming, kayaking, and fishing), Hobble Creek Canyon which includes hiking and biking trails, a golf course, and parks. Other local features include proximity to the Springville Art Museum, Springville City Skate Park, Spanish Fork River trail, BYU, Provo Canyon, Spanish Fork Canyon, Fifth Water Hot Springs, and much more!
