Our White Oak lodge is 6 bedrooms, and 7000 square feet, the Red Oak Lodge is 3 bedrooms & 1500sf. They're about 50 feet apart and sit on 24 acres of beautiful Oak Trees, a stocked fish pond, a creek bed, and a 55,000-gallon swimming pool. Breakfast is provided for all guests of the lodge each morning. El Paso Room - King Bed -2nd floor-private bathroom-shower Ft. Worth room - King bed - 2nd floor-private bathroom-tub/shower Waco - Queen Bed - 3rd floor-private bathroom-shower Austin - King bed - 3rd floor-shared bathroom-shower & tub Amarillo - Queen bed -3rd floor-shared bathroom-shower & tub Kitchen: Additionally, you'll have access to our large commercial kitchen with 6 burner gas stove/two ovens, a commercial refrigerator, a large kitchen island/pots, pans, and cooking utensils, a dishwasher. Lounge spaces: Our living room is equipped with a large flat screen television w/ standard cable, pool table, board games, outdoor games (shuffleboard, cornhole, jenga, etc) a fireplace, 3 large leather couches, 3 large leather chairs, dining room (formal) and our casual dining room in the kitchen. Red Oak Lodge (3 rooms) Lubbock-King bed 1st floor-private bathroom (in room) -shower/tub Muleshoe - Queen bed - 1st floor-private bathroom (in room)-shower-accessible Hereford room - 4 XL Twins -2nd floor -private bathroom in room-shower/tub Kitchenette with: full-size oven/stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, and utensils. Combination: Washer / Dryer All guests of both lodges will receive complimentary breakfast each morning. Note: 4 kid cots available if needed Guest access Each room at both lodges has 1 designated parking spot next to the lodge. Additional vehicles may park in our wedding venue parking lot. You'll have access to both lodges. Note: Events, rehearsal dinners, and weddings may be held on the property, but will require a separate rental agreement. (additional fees will apply). We do have an outdoor ceremony site with seating for 150, and an indoor event center (venue) that holds 150-200 (separate rental agreement required). Other things to note This property is a business. It is a fully operating bed & breakfast and special event & retreat resort. We specialize in Whole Weekend Weddings, and when we don't have weddings booked, we make our lodge available to be rented. You will have all six rooms in our White Oak Lodge, all three rooms in our Red Oak Lodge, and access to our 55,000-gallon pool, our large commercial kitchen, coffee bar, dining, and game rooms. We make a complimentary Southern style breakfast each morning. As with most bed & breakfasts, we live in and maintain this property. We have our own apartment, kitchen, bedroom, etc that are built into the lodge., and we are available to you as needed, and will happily assist you in operating things such as (hot tub, stove, grills, etc.) and of course we'll prepare you a delicious breakfast each morning.
