Ocean view roof top deck, two front decks that you can lay out and sip your morning coffee while watching the time go by. The space The main level has a kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a living & dining area, full bathroom, a guest bedroom, and an enclosed porch. The second floor has the master & kids/adult bedrooms, laundry room, a porch and 2 full bathrooms. Top floor has a bedroom, half bathroom, bar, arcade and a rooftop deck with table and lounge chairs. Did I mention the Kraken's Arcade has over 17,000 games??? There is also a dedicated work space with two computer monitors and a docking station. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of the utility room and janitors closet. Other things to note *** Tastefully Designed *** Our beautifully decorated beach house will make you feel relaxed after a long day of outdoor fun. ***The Space*** No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen. Backyard is not enclosed and includes outdoor table and barbecue grill to enjoy with your friends and family. Backyard has an outdoor rinsing station and can be accessed from memorial day to labor day. If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, we have another property you can rent nearby or two doors away. Please contact me for more info. ***Toiletries*** Linens (sheets, blankets, towels), paper towels/toilet paper (limited in quantity), hand towels and pillows are provided. Guest are encouraged to bring their own items mentioned above. *** Beach Badges *** Don’t waste time to waiting on line to get beach badges. 10 beach badges are included for your convenience and enjoyment. All beach badges must be returned or the guests will be charged full costs to replace. ***The Kraken's beach package*** Beach chairs (6) and a beach cart are provided. Beach towels are provided in limited quantities. There is also a cool cruiser bike you can use. ***Parking*** There is parking in the driveway for two cars. One car can be pulled into driveway and one car can be parked on the street right in back of the first car. ***House Rules*** There is no smoking in the home. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent the home for proms, parties or events. We do not allow pets. Renter must have reviews, a good rating and established profile. The house should be left in the same condition as you found it. Please do not move furniture. Please do not play music loud. Please no underage drinking or subleasing. Must be 25 and older to rent and must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation. Guest must follow township recycling and trash instructions. Guests are encouraged to put dirty dishes, pot and pan in dishwasher to wash before checking out. ***Entertainment*** Smart TV with Optimum Cable in living area. Smart TVs in other rooms so you can sign into your own services (Amazon prime, Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, ETC.). Wifi Included. ***Security and Access*** Security cameras on property. We have external cameras to monitor house occupancy during check in. Cameras DO NOT capture any activity in the home. Keyless entrance in front of the house.
