For outdoor activities that would be our huge grass backyard with a gravel area with firepit with chairs provided, horseshoe game set up, and of course the water sport gears includes a peddle boat for 2 and water slide right into the lake. If you are into fishing, you can have a seat right on the dock. Loads to do for all tastes, from outdoors to total isolation for those who prefer the luxury yet homely and comfy. Feel free to bring your own water toys and use our boat slip for easy access to and from the lake from our massive private dock. Two kayaks, life jackets, and a pedal boat are all included. Air mattress are provided for additional guests if needed, with bed sheets/blankets/towels and of course full access to all amenities. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself, the house is rambler so it is perfect for anyone with accessibility concerns. All bedrooms, living room, dining room, office, family room are easily accessible without any entry way steps. Garage is not available for use and will be locked upon check in. Washer and Dryer, laundry supplies are available for use during your stay. Other things to note We love to accommodate small reunions and family gatherings especially with children. You have the comfort of staying in the house before, during, and after the occasions. However, all special occasions/gatherings must be approved by us at the time the reservation is made. The estate has outdoors surveillance cameras for your own safety. In case of a party, event or get together without prior authorization, the booking will be terminated immediately without refund.
