Located just 0.2 miles away from the Vashon North-End Ferry Terminal, you can easily access Seattle restaurants, museums, sporting arenas, and more. The space Kitchen-Dining-Living Room The open concept kitchen-dining-living room is the perfect place to host meals and spend quality time together. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, serving trays, blender, coffee maker, and more. The dining room table includes 6 chairs, with additional seating at the bar. The living area has a high open ceiling and boasts beautiful picture windows to enjoy the flora and fauna outdoors. Outside Space is abundant. Plenty of space in the sun or shade Sit on the covered Porch complete with couches, 3 egg chairs and small dining area. Speakers, heated outdoor lamps if it is cold. Hot tub for 4 Open patio area to sit in the Adirondack chairs for full sun. Or play corn hole by the flower garden, or go have a fire in the fire pit or sit in the Hammock in the open field and watch the deer of listen to birds. Dog run/ zip line for all size dogs 4 Bedrooms total On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms. The forth bedroom is up stairs Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed and built in sink vanity. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes and a large chest of drawers. There is a seating area with two chairs so space to relax. Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a queen-sized bed and sitting area. Desk area as well. There is a large monitor you can use for work or to connect your laptop and watch a movie. Bedroom 3 Also on main floor with a king size bed, work area and sitting area. Spacious room. Large closets and extra storage area. Ceiling fan with remote control and Dyson AC. Bedroom 4 There is an additional bedroom on the 2nd floor (1/2 story walk-up), which has a king-sized bed, couch, sitting area, and a TV monitor with computer hook-ups. Note that there is no door on the 2nd story bedroom. AC unit Bathrooms There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. The smaller of the two is off of the master bedroom and has a shower and space for personal items. While the larger bathroom has cedar-lined walls and a large, tiled step-down shower. Peloton bike, Sauna, yoga Mats and some small hand weights. Sunroom with huge windows facing the garden. Large entry way to take off shoes, dry off from hot tub or just sit in the comfortable chairs and relax. Plenty of parking! Some folks have even brought an RV We have a lower parking area and walkway from one side of the house or a long driveway which allows flat access. Please note the beginning of the driveway is shared with the neighboring property. There is ample parking for several cars, large and private yard, propane barbeque, raised bed flower garden, dog run, and high-speed internet. There is no cable TV access. We do have connection on the big screen for Netflix and we do have basic Xfinity TV service. Vashon Island is only accessible by ferry; the North-End Ferry Terminal is located 0.2 miles away (about a 5-minute walk), and the South-End (Tahlequah) Ferry Terminal is located 13.4 miles South (about a 25-minute drive) and goes to the Tacoma Point Defiance Ferry Terminal. There is a King County bus stop across the street from the main driveway on the corner of 103rd Ave and 110th Ave. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Please let us know if you have a smaller party and do not require access to all bedrooms; a reduced cleaning fee will be applied in these circumstances. Other things to note There is a tiny house that is on the other side of the driveway and not part of this property. It is separate property and not seen from this property. We own this property. We respect your privacy and you may or may not see us. It is as needed. We want everyone to have their great vacation or stay so we will honor your vibe.
