Guest access Entire house except hall closet upstairs (owners' storage) and basement (other than washer & dryer). Guests may use the garage, though the upstairs storage area of garage is not accessible for guests/pets. Owners’ tools/outdoor equipment/vehicle are off limits unless otherwise specified. Other things to note *Home is on a gravel road, please ensure your vehicle is properly equipped to travel in these conditions, particularly during winter *additional $100 pet fee required for up to two pets, $50/each additional pet. Please clean up after your pets prior to checking out. *Poor cell service. Wifi is available as well as landline. *Neighborhood dogs free roam and may “visit” property. They are friendly. Front yard is enclosed with a fence. *Children are welcome but home is not childproofed. It is your responsibility to keep your children safe. Please ensure your children are respectful with the treatment of our things. There is a pack-n-play and a high chair available at the property.
