We welcome you to enjoy our cozy living room, semi formal dining space, and screened in back patio while creating new memories with your loved ones. Our garage has also been converted into a bonus space with a foosball and air hockey table. The space Our home is the perfect home away from home for your trip to Gainesville, whether you're coming to town to start a new adventure at UF or returning to visit your old stomping grounds. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, everyone in your group can enjoy time together but also have their own space. Two of our bedrooms feature queen-size beds and the third features a twin-size bed. We have a TV in just about every room so there is no reason to argue over who gets control of the remote. (All bedrooms, living room, and outside patio) Our kitchen has tons of counter space and stainless appliances. The chef in your group should feel right at home preparing all of their favorites and with our open floor plan, they'll never miss any of the action in the other living spaces. Finally, let's talk about our huge backyard space; It's a great space to get some fresh air and soak in the Florida sunshine! Your group is able to enjoy our screened-in seasonal porch or stretch their legs in our fenced-in yard. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except for the shed in the backyard. Guests are welcome to use our driveway for parking. Other things to note Please note that we have a 10 pm noise curfew.
