The space Two small bedrooms (queen bed) downstairs share a small bath (tub/shower) off of the hallway. Two small bedrooms (double/beds) upstairs share a tiny bath (but with a roomy shower) off of a hallway upstairs. The laundry is upstairs. The kitchen has a table for four. The space between the kitchen and living area has a pub table that seats 2 comfortably but can squeeze in 3 or 4. TV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Paramount is in the living area. Outdoors Outdoor Dining table (seats 6) Additional outdoor seating for 7 Fire pit Yard games- croquet, cornhole/bags, bocce ball (not an official court but a fairly level yard space that is long enough for a game) Guest access Parking in off street driveway. Other things to note The outdoor area with grill, table, yard games area, fire pit is great for Spring Summer & Fall. ***Hosting events at the house/yard is not allowed. The house is simply too small to accommodate the wear and tear of events. We consider an event more than four additional guest (beyond the six guest renting capacity) hanging out at the house. ***This is a quiet neighborhood. There is a city noise ordinance. The neighbors will call the police if people are partying or loud after 11 pm. Seriously, they are nice friendly people, but will call if it is loud late at night. No smoking anywhere on the property please.
