Features include an open concept kitchen, dining and living space and a massive deck. The lower level offers a great entertaining space as well as a walkout to the property’s patio. Enjoy your private lake access and all the amenities the area has to offer! The space The master bedroom features a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. One other bedroom on the main level offers queen size bed as well a private work space. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level which features two queens beds in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower on the lower level. The family room space features a large sectional couch, a wet bar and a place to hang out and play games! Guest access The entire house on Lake Holcombe along with docks to park your boat! Other things to note We recommend bringing your own life vests if you would like a specific size or style especially for children. We do NOT provide firewood for the outdoor fire-pit. There may be some left over from other guests. Please plan to bring charcoal and lighter fluid for grilling. There may also be some left over from other guests. Absolutely NO animals allowed on the property.
