The space The house is a recent build that was completed in March of 2019. Its bright interior and exterior was in need of some warmth. Thats why in the main areas you will find a Farmhouse style within the house. The house does have double-wide trailers on both sides of the property. Beach: 11 min or 5.6 miles down the road to Navarre Beach The House: - Basic cleaning supplies under the sink - Broom and mop located in family room closet - Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided - Clean fresh bedding and towels are provided as well - Spare towels and bedding is located across from the laundry closet along with beach towels - Pack n Play located in master closet Back Patio: - Outdoor table for four - BBQ (with 2 propane tanks that do NOT come filled from the host) - Fire pit - Hot tub - Lounge seating Beach Amenities: - 4 beach chairs - 1 cooler - 2 inflatable paddle boards w/ carrying backpack’s Games: - Uno - Jenga - Battleship - Monopoly - Corn hole boards Guest access - Full house - Keypad entry - Garage parking - Full driveway - Parking across the street available - NO PARKING ON GRASS Other things to note Navarre: - Navarre beach is located 11 mins down the road where is located the closest boat ramp as well. - Navarre Pier is 10 mins down the road where a lot of local fishing is located. -The most beautiful beach in the area is Opal Beach which is located on the island. Roughly 20 mins from the house. Destin: - Located 40 mins away which has great restaurants, activities for the family, and a great night life. - Destin, Florida is also famous for its Crab Island during the warm weather season. It is a sandbar that hosts anywhere from a few boats up to a 1,000 boats. You can either paddle board out to the sand bar or rent a pontoon boat within the area to travel back and forth which I would recommend. Pensacola: - Located 40 mins away depending on the route you take. - Great restaurants - Popular night life Pensacola Beach: - Located 25 min down the road - Beautiful beaches - Phenomenal restaurants
