This rental includes all living spaces in the cabin, the patio and currently sleeps 10. A Real Estate Office are in the front of the building. Your first entrance is on the left of the cabin off the porch with the door that says Welcome to Bertha's Cabin. The second entrance is in the back left side of the cabin via the patio with the door that says Welcome to the Cabin at 114. The patio boasts plenty of space to relax and a propane fire pit & hot tub to enjoy (These amenities are provided Free & are not included in any refunds due to mechanical issues). Your door enters into the full kitchen stocked with the essentials & a Coffee Pot. A flight of stairs welcomes you to the living quarters on the second floor when you will find a Full Bed, Laundry Room, Bathroom with Shower and Main Guest Room which provides a Queen Bed with Purple mattress, 55" TV with seating area and a common space with a Full Bed. Next you are led to another bedroom with a full bed and the second bathroom. The other Queen bedroom is off that bedroom and downstairs you will find a cozy living room with an electric fireplace. ***You must choose the correct number of people in your group to ensure enough supplies & linens are available*** *Wifi is Free & all TV's include Roku or Amazon Firestick with Netflix *We are Pet Friendly with a Pet Fee of $50 per night, per pet. Other things to note A portion of the Cabin is a Real Estate Office. This is completely separate from the guest quarters. Only the kitchen and one living room with full Foldout Bed are ground level, all other living quarters *including the bathrooms* are up one flight of stairs. Please be aware the town stores shut down early, please collect any groceries & needed items early. We Do Not Own the Driveway next to the Cabin, Guests Must Use Public Parking. *We are Pet Friendly with a Pet Fee of $50 per night, per pet. Total of 2 pets maximum. *We do have private motorcycle parking available for up to 2 regular sized bikes on the back patio. It is not covered. *There are baskets in the kitchen & upstairs with toiletries & needed items, please only take what you need but feel free to use them.
