New Hampshire Vacation Getaway—Valley Escape
Enjoy your stay at Valley Escape, a quiet vacation getaway in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Our condo is equipped to accommodate all of your vacation needs. The area offers outdoor activities like skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing, hiking, fishing, and more! The Waterville Estates Community Center rounds out your stay with amenities such as indoor/outdoor pools/hot tubs, restaurant, arcade, sauna, & gym. Outdoor adventure or relaxation, Valley Escape offers something for everyone! The space This four bedroom rental offers (2) queen beds, a full bunk, and a bunk bed/trundle, and comfortably sleeps (9) guests. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and cookware necessary to help you feel like you’re at home. Towels, linens, and blankets are provided, as well as a welcome pack with toilet paper, paper towels, detergents, and coffee to get you started! Three-level living offers ample space for parents and kids to spread out. The unit includes a decorative fireplace, wrap-around couch, and large screen TV—perfect for movie night! Our outdoor deck with a gas grill and patio sets a perfect backdrop for enjoying dinner while soaking up the scenery of a beautiful White Mountain sunset. Guest access Guests have access to (2) parking spaces, our fully equipped condo unit, the back deck (connected to the unit only), the Waterville Estates Community Center, and Campton Mountain Lodge & ski area. Other things to note While Valley Escape is a serene location to enjoy a quiet getaway, there is also much to do! There are numerous ski resorts within 20 minutes—Waterville Valley, Campton Mountain, Loon Mountain, and more. Echo Lake offers beaches, picnic tables, and grills. The Pemigewasset River provides many scenic vistas for tourists and unique landmarks such as the Flume Gorge, the Basin (a 20 foot diameter pothole and the site of the former Old Man of the Mountain), Livermore Falls Gorge, the Pemi Loop (rated as the second hardest day hike in America), as well as numerous other less strenuous hiking opportunities. Canoeing, tubing, whitewater rafting, kayaking, and fishing are popular activities on the Pemigewasset River. Play a round of golf at the Owl’s Nest, New Hampshires only Nicklaus designed golf course. Indulge in some craft beer at one of the many local breweries. Spend a day with your kids at Whales Tale Waterpark. During the winter months, explore the Ice Castles in Woodstock or tie up your skates and enjoy public skating at the Waterville Valley Ice Arena (open seasonally). Bring your kids to the Vintage Arcade at Dole Mill (and indulge in the vintage candy selection!) Feel like staying local for the day? Visit the Waterville Estates Community Center! Additional guests are subject to a daily entrance fee. (2) Parking spaces are included with the unit. Any additional cars MUST park in the overflow lot at the Community Center. *Valley Escape offers air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom and main living space from July 1-August 20. Outside of the prime of summer, cool mountain air naturally refreshes the home.
