See also listing Airbnb listing #4720638. The space This townhome was spared by the August 2023 Lahaina fire, but part of our Puamana community was burned and will be rebuilt in the coming years. We have all our services restored and all the lots have been cleared of fire debris.  Owner Clever Trevor has lived here for much of the time since the fire and it's as charming as ever, although we are within Lahaina, have to go through a check point to be admitted, and the burned parts of Lahaina are off limits. The Puamana pools and tennis and paddleball courts are not yet reopened, but the ocean and our surf break are always open and there are plenty of restaurants, golf courses, and other things to do nearby and elsewhere on Maui. The living room, fully equipped and stocked kitchen and half bath/laundry are located on the first floor and the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. We have a 65 inch HD curved smart TV in the living room as well as smart TVs in both bedrooms and super fast (up to 1 gigabyte), reliable wifi for all of your technological needs. Clever Trevor just added a Sonos ARC soundbar for surround sound and music. The new for 2023 custom sectional sleeper couch is a pulls out to be a queen size bed, and we also have a double air mattress to accommodate extra guests. The living room opens up to a huge 20' x 15' covered lanai with two ceiling fans, lights a dining table that seats 6, and plenty of seating. The lush landscaping makes it feel like you are in your own private tropical oasis and we even have a hot water outdoor shower to rinse in after a day at the beach or a surf session. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, beach toys, and a wagon for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a new for 2023 king size bed and full bathroom with a shower. From the bed you have a view of palm trees swaying in the breeze just past your private lanai, and a peek of the ocean from the windows. Enjoy cocktails at sunset from the comfort of your outdoor sectional sofa on the second huge 20' x 15' lanai or just lounge in the midday sun with your favorite book. With ocean views and the shade of the coconut trees, this lanai is quite possibly the best spot in the house. Clever Trevor loves to leave the window facing the ocean open at night to be soothed to sleep by the sound of gently crashing waves. The guest room is also outfitted with a king size bed and also boasts peek ocean views from both windows. Wake up with the sun as it comes over the mountains or maybe choose to close the blackout blinds for a peaceful morning of sleep. All of our doors and windows are double paned and sound proof so you will never have to worry about road noise or other disturbances. The guest bathroom has a deep soaking tub and shower and is located in the hallway outside of the guest bedroom. Guest access Guests have ocean and beach access with surf breaks directly in front of the property and visible from the condo. You're welcome to enjoy Puamana's grounds and the sunset is a big deal here. I like to watch from our second floor lanai or grab a beach chair and take a cocktail with me on the short walk down to the sand. Other things to note Owner/manager Clever Trevor, a soon to be retired city of Reno firefighter, purchased this townhome in June 2022.
