After viewing the beautiful sunset you will enjoy the automatic lighting system surrounding the entire villa. Get your family or friends together and come to decompress and find peace and happiness here in the largest city in the desert. We offer corn hole, indoor board games, pool table, Mini golf, ping pong table, outdoor swings and slides etc. Garage is not accessible at this time. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING: A 220V charging station is available on this property free of charge. PETS: Small pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers ourselves. A $150 fee is required per pet. SECURITY: The front gate and front door are equipped with smart lock technology and the combination is updated at each check-in and check-out for our guests safety. WATER QUALITY: This property is equipped with a drinking water filtration system. SPA: Spa heating on fri and sat free of charge from 10 am - 1am. Man to Thursday 10 am -12 pm. Fire Pit: Fire Pit hours are 6pm - 1am on friday and Saturday. Monday to Thursday 6 pm-12 pm. CHECK-IN OPTIONS: Guests have the option to self check-in or request to check-in with the host. Please request 24 hours before check-in. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY.
