The house has three bedrooms: - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor (one is a master bedroom), - Huge combined bedroom/game room in the fully furnished basement. Please pay attention that there is no bathroom downstairs. Have kids or just simply want some privacy? Send them downstairs with the IKEA futon sofa to play games or watch TV with Roku, Netflix and other streaming services. A second 55’ TV is in the living room for the adults. Our living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, coffee table, Graco Pack ’n play/Travel crib, luggage rack and 2 floor lamps. A full kitchen with all appliances and all the amenities - oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja coffee maker, Ninja air fryer, blender, ice maker, mixer, etc. We provide full kitchen supplies, and it is stocked with mostly all the cooking items you may need. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, light snacks and bottled water as starters. You will have in your possession not only house, but the whole huge fenced property. There is a big new deck for lounging right off the kitchen and a huge backyard with the lawn games, fire pit, dining area in the gazebo 12x12, and Duwamish river running in our backyard. Wake up to the peaceful river view and enjoy a morning coffee in the swinging egg chair. Want to get away -- head to the riverside where you will find a hammock, a propane grill, lounge hanging chair and a picnic table with chairs. ✔ Walk on the paved Green River trail, just steps from our front door -- taking you along the Duwamish river and Foster Links golf course, to the Riverside Casino. ✔ The Foster links golf course is a public course which includes a well appointed restaurant, Billy Baroo's Smokehouse with over 20 beers on tap. Sit on their patio overlooking the golf course and enjoy the evening, knowing it is a short walk home. ✔ Head the other direction on the trail and you will find Starbucks, Quiznos Sandwich, Sunny Teriyaki Japanese and Jack-in-the-box, along with 2 convenience store in the Shell and 76th Gas stations. ✔ City Electric vehicle charging station is in 2 minutes drive from the house. ✔ The Westfield Southcenter mall is just six minutes away with different dining options, endless shopping and entertainment - the largest in the entire Pacific Northwest. ✔ Need to occupy the kids -- head over to Tukwila's Family Fun Center and Bullwinkle Restaurant (less than 2 miles away) - mini golf, bumper boats, go carts, and amusement rides. ✔ There is a bus stop in a walking distance just 2 minutes from the house that will take you to all these destinations and Seattle downtown with service every 15 minutes. Guest access During your stay, you'll have access to the entire home, with the exception of the owner's closet, furnace room, and the garage, which will remain locked and inaccessible. The spacious backyard offers the perfect setting for relaxation, where you can unwind in the hammock, egg chair or savor outdoor dining by the beautiful Duwamish river. For your convenience, you'll also have access to our driveway, which has space for up to three cars. It's important to note that we reserve the right to access our garage during the daytime, but we assure you that we won't enter the fenced property at that time. Other things to note ✔ Please be aware that the house has low ceilings on the staircase leading to the downstairs bedroom. Exercise caution and watch your step as well as your head when using the stairway to access the downstairs bedroom. ✔ There is no bathroom downstairs. ✔ For added safety, we've provided baby gates on the stairway and a special wooden platform-barrier to block off the staircase. If you have toddlers, we recommend using these safety measures. ✔ Your safety is of utmost importance to us. This property is equipped with 3 exterior-only surveillance cameras. These devices are in place to record activity for your safety and should not intrude on your privacy. The cameras monitoring our front door, parking and backyard. ✔ The Duwamish river is not swimmable. ✔ Salmon can be seen in the Duwamish River in Seattle, Washington from July through November, depending on the species: Pink salmon: July–September Chinook and coho: August–September Chum: October–November Fishing is good only during a salmon run period of time when it's allowed. Always check the current regulations for fishing restrictions and catch limits for Duwamish river. ✔ Please note that the Duwamish River bank is high and steep. While we've taken steps to fortify it with a fence and signs, we advise walking the perimeter before allowing your kids to play outside. Supervision is essential to prevent any accidents near the river. ✔ We reserve the right to access our garage.
