Nearby Main St, so very close to great restaurants, a modern grocery, coffee shops, & boutique shopping. Kitchenette (no cooktop), micro, toaster, dishes, silverware, full size fridge, for small easy meals. Well behaved pet welcome with kennel only. The space We are a pet friendly location with a nice yard at the end of the street, so no traffic at all. We do request a $20/night pet fee to help with the shampoo we must perform after every pet stay. A Kennel is required at checkin for any pets, no matter how well-behaved. Thank you. The unit is equipped with a large flat screen TV and internet access. The space is very open and comfortable with a large vaulted ceiling. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and separated from the main living area for privacy. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, microwave, and a full size freezer and fridge, Hot water pot for tea, cocoa, and Keurig for coffee. In addition to the comfortable new King bed the apartment is furnished with a sofa, chair, and ottomans. Storage is available in a server unit and a hanging closet. Unlike other AirBnB's in our area, you will have no guests above, below, or sharing walls. So you have excellent privacy with no other guest noises. No overhead feet clunking noise and no next door rental neighbors keeping you awake. Access to the unit does have exterior stairs, so this unit should not be considered ADA access friendly. PLEASE NOTE: We are happy to host your furry family, but a kennel is required to check in with your pet, and please plan to only be away for a couple hours, not the entire day. Other things to note Please pay attention to the stairs and walkways during or close to winter storms. We will do our best to shovel and clean them, and also scatter ice-melter on the steps and sidewalk, but please do be cautious in case you hit a slippery patch we missed.
