The space This 1900 home located in Senoia will take you back in time. It is less than 5 minutes to downtown Senoia and the home of the famous Walking Dead set. Escape to a quiet country setting just minutes from bustling Peachtree City and Newnan. The home is 1800, and although we have monthly pest control, you may see a bug. I want to disclose this as we work very hard to keep the house immaculate, but with older homes in Georgia, this can happen. I am always happy to send my Orkin guy if needed. if you are looking to book in the summer months, the loft is 10 degrees warmer than downstairs due to extremely high ceilings. We also accept pets and most guests being theirs, so please note we do our best to get every pet hair our and deep clean between guests. But most pet owners would agree it is next to impossible to prevent a pet hair from showing up. If you have a pet allergy, this is not the property for you. The primary entrance to the home is the French doors on the side porch. Please make sure you keep the key in the lockbox to prevent being locked out. The front door is the original door and has no key. If you walk out the front door and close it, it will lock automatically. The property has a rustic feel outside and difficult to keep perfectly manicured. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home. There is a separate guest house that is also an Aibnb. parking spaces for the main house are in front of the barn or in the gravel space provided in front yard. Please do not park in the driveway to the left of the house. This space & driveway is for the cottage Other things to note This home is very typically historic. This means there are quirks, sounds, and inability to modernize due to historic reasons and simply is OLD. If you are looking for modern, squeaky, clean, and no quirks, this home is not for you.
