We opened the summer basement as a movie and game room for the whole family. Hear the waterfall from the porch for the most relaxing stay. As you walk up the old rock steps to the front door you will be greeted by old rocking chairs. The home will be accessible with your own private key code. As you walk through the front door it's like walking back in time but with a modern touch. Enjoy watching the farm animals from every window. The Main bedroom has a king bed and small closet to your right, the living room has a stair case that will walk you down to a game room equipped with foosball and a ping pong table as well as a seating area, second full bathroom, Tv and laundry room. Right outside the door you will find a hot tub and fire pit perfect for roasting S'mores or telling campfire stories with the whole family. Back upstairs you will find the living room is equipped with a smart TV. You will walk towards the kitchen and to the left the upstairs bathroom that has a clawfoot tub as well as a corner stand up shower. Open concept kitchen with a small coffee bar and a sliding glass door going out on to the back porch where you will find the grill. This porch also has a walkway that goes to the outdoor fire pit area. The home overlooks a small pond and waterfall. Feel free to enjoy catch and release fishing. Past the dining room you will find the second bedroom that has a bunk bed with a queen mattress on the bottom and twin for the top bunk. No closet but the room does have a small place to hang your clothes. Guest access We want you to feel at home on our farm. The stay should feel very private and welcoming, though you may see us feeding or caring for our animals, feel free to say hey! Let me know if you have any further questions! Other things to note We love to help others and you can too! A percentage of this stay is donated to others for housing during times of need. During some months the yaks and cattle are off property at a different pasture for greener grazing so if this is a concern during your stay please ask if the cattle will be on property during your stay. Our mini farm crew and donkey are permanent residence and available for loves all year around.
