Other things to note Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The payment of an additional $1500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. A $3,000 security deposit is required for any bookings made on the same day as your check-in. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
