Beautiful Private Villa Surrounded by Nature with Deep Infinity Pool Overlooking the Ocean And Sunsets! The space This property is made up of a combination of contemporary modern and classic epoch architecture providing the best of both worlds. Perched on the sea side hills made up of a thousand shades and colours, you lose track of time gazing at the splendors of the local flora and fauna . Cool and breezy mountains with panoramic views that stretch to the horizon, this Villa provides guests with a wonderful “edge of the mountain jungle” feeling. Made up of a master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom, two spacious bedrooms with a king bed and 2 single beds and shared bathroom this home is ideal for a group of 6 people or less. The nicest feature of this house is having the option to open the entire ocean and pool facing glass wall. The lovely cooling breeze is constant, making it a comfortable temperature throughout the day, and at night you might even wish to use a blanket! The open concept and vaulted ceiling of the kitchen and living space is also great for keeping the interior at cool temperatures so no air conditioning is ever needed. The Villa is located 3.5 hours from SJO international airport. Just a 15 minute drive from Dominical and its beautiful beaches, and is accessed by a gravel road just off of the main paved road that leads to the lovely city of San Isidro 30 minutes away which is known for its wonderful local fruit and vegetable markets . The property is an hour away from the Chirripo National Park which has the county’s highest mountain. A good four by four vehicle is needed in order to get to the Villa. For those of you who like cooling off after a day at the beach or hiking the mountains , there is a large and very deep PRIVATE swimming pool which is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grass and gardens. You will find rain forest filled with butterflies, birds and other animals which inhabit this beautiful part of the pacific coast. Feel free to help yourself to goodies from the veggie garden (availability depending on season). Also, to the left of the veggie garden you will find the chicken coop, they are not shy if you wish to visit them. Eggs can be found in the bucket hanging from chicken coop roof (availability depending on season). The gardener feeds and gives water to the chickens every day, and lets them forage at least every other day. Please do not let them out to forage yourself as there are many animals that like to eat them. If you would like to see the gardener let them forage, please let us know with some notice and we will gladly coordinate this for you. You will need a vehicle to stay at this property to be able to get around. Rear wheel drive vehicles will not work due to a short yet steep gravel hill, so 4x4 car is required. Having said that, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle to access the points of interest throughout this beautiful region. Public transportation is not available to and from this property. Guest access A good 4x4 vehicle is needed to access this villa. Other things to note Completely PRIVATE pool SELF CHECK-IN AVAILABLE INTERNET: 80 Mbps fiber optics Standard Check in time is 4-6pm. Early check in will be considered only if Villa is not being cleaned that day. Please notice that during January and February we have cicadas which make a chirping sound during daylight hours. Some years they are louder than others, and this is not under our control as the whole area has them here.
