The space This spacious 4 bedroom chalet on beautiful Sleepy Hollow Lake is the perfect getaway for family & friends. With three levels, there's plenty of space to spread out and relax. The main floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, large open kitchen, living and dining areas, and a laundry room. Upstairs is two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The lower level is all about fun and includes a second comfy living area with fireplace, flat screen TV, ping pong table, game table, board games, and a mini fridge. Sliding glass doors from the main level lead to a large deck with outdoor dining table and gas grill. The lower level also has sliding glass doors that lead to the patio and lakefront. Other things to note Parking at the property can comfortably accommodate 4 vehicles, with a maximum of 5-6 vehicles total allowed (depending on the size of each vehicle). Please note the Sleepy Hollow Lake Resort has rules with respect to noise, particularly after 10pm. The Resort is primarily a residential community and does not allow short term rental property parties or any person to disturb the peace and quiet enjoyed by occupants of surrounding properties. The resort issues fines for noise disturbances, and any disturbance triggering a visit by Sleepy Hollow Security will result in a $400 fine to the primary guest and may require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and to immediately vacate the property without a refund.
