The space Cozy , with a fabulous kitchen and dining table for 6. Beautiful decor Plenty of additional parking, a smoker , fire pit Two levels that must be accessed by exterior door and stairs. First level is garage parking with door that separates the laundry/ futon / office. You must go out exterior door and upstairs to access the main living space with Kitchen, queen bed area, living, bathroom. There is not a bath on the ground level when sleeping on futon. Guest access Feel free to use all the backyard between the two houses. Hammock, chairs etc. Empty lot next door for dog walking… please clean up after fur babies! Other things to note If you have an approved pet it will be an additional $50 for the stay. If a pet is brought without approval there will be a $100 fee. Laundry is for stays of 5 nights or more. $100 replacement fee for lost garage door opener No children under 12 due to liability of stairs
