The space Location: -Gun Barrel City -Quiet neighborhood that you can walk or ride bikes. -2.1 miles from the local Walmart -5.1 miles from Brookshires (Mabank) -Gun Barrel City is home to most fast food and many restaurants Inside: -Open concept living room/kitchen -Kitchen includes refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking spices, blender food processor, toaster, instant pot/airfryer/slow cooker, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. -Netflix, Hulu and Disneyplus on tvs. -Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with Bedding and pillows. -Bedroom 2: Corner unit twin and full bed with nightstand. Additional twin under full bed. All bedding and pillows are included. -Bathroom-Stand up shower and sink. -Sunroom- Sofa with queen sleeper overlooking backyard. Washer and Dryer are located in the sunroom. Full length wrap around drapery to provide privacy. Outside: Inquire about current lake levels as they can vary throughout the year. -Raised deck -Firepit -Professional cornhole game area -New lower and upper dock located on a canal. -Propane grill is located right off deck. -Overheasd string lights. -Paddleboard and kayak as well as life vests are provided. -Fish right from backyard dock. -Stairway to help you get in and out of the water. -Multiple bikes for you to use (bring your own helmets) If you are bringing a boat, it is possible to tie up for the day to the dock. We do not recommend leaving your boat in overnight as there is not a boat lift and can be damaged if the water gets rough. Tying up to the dock is done at the guest's risk. We take no responsibility for any damage that could occur to your boat. Local boat ramp is less than 5 minutes away. ***Please note that we are currently working on an upper deck at the water. Though it is almost complete, it is not ready for guests and we ask that you stay away from that area. We have stocked our kitchen with everything you would need to cook your own delicious meal and have included a backyard grill for your use. If it's too hot or cold outside, our Sunroom provides the perfect space for you to enjoy the view outdoors but remain cozy or cool inside.
