We are 5 mins walk to the Boardwalk, within walking distance to the Convention Center, Morey' Pier, Water Park and a variety of great restaurants to choose from. ***Family Friendly*** The space We have arranged our property to accommodate families with young kids. We have equipped our home with arcade game & activity corner, board games, books, toys, bunk bed, etc. Master suite (sleeps 3)- 1 Queen and 1 twin bed with attached bathroom Second bedroom (sleeps 2)- 1 Full/Double bed Third bedroom (sleeps 2 kids & 2 adults)- 1 Twin bed and 1 twin over full bunk bed Living area has 1 sleeper pull out sofa bed (sleeps2) Second full bath- located in the hallway Third half bath - located on the main floor 2 huge balconies with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your evening while you stay 2 allotted indoor garage parking spots Amenities include: -Smart TVs in Living area and all bedrooms with complimentary YouTube Premium -Smart home features including smart locks, Alexa voice enabled home automation including smart thermostat -In-unit Washer and Dryer, with laundry detergent -Beach supplies (2 adult bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, beach cart, surfboards, cooler and more!) -Games and books -Foosball Table (Multi game table) -Shared parking garage (Residential garage with Standard 6.5' clearance) with 2 assigned spots -Full kitchen of appliances, dishes, and cookware -Dedicated work space ( with Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse) for plugging in the laptop for use as a cozy WFH space Please Note: Linens and towels are NOT provided, renter must supply their own. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties/ No loud noises No proms/senior weeks No unsupervised minors No Pets Strictly, No Smoking Must be 28 or older to rent **OUR HOA REQUIRES A COPY OF GUEST'S DRIVER'S LICENSE + Name and Age of all guests in the party. PLEASE PROVIDE SAME WHEN YOU BOOK** Families are Welcome These rules are 100% enforced. No exceptions will be made. NOTE: We have 6 adult beds and 1 bunk bed that accommodate 3 kids comfortably. Our property is treated for pests, inspected each month and after every guest. There may be evidence of a straggler or dead pest sometimes. The property is inspected prior to the guests arrival, but it could be 2 hours before they arrive. Sometimes the pest(s) come out of hiding to die, so there are chances to see some common household pests (like ants). Keeping doors open/ajar for extended period of time may contribute to sand accumulation with humidity and bring mosquitoes in. Please ensure no, doors are left open for extended period of time. Fireplace is functional only during Winter months (Nov to Feb) and is closed during Summers for safety. For guest's convenience, the property has central heating and cooling. Guests are welcome to set the thermostat temperature based on their comfort.
