A long-term renter lives in the other side of the duplex. No space is shared with the other duplex occupant. No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. Parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 cars wide and 2 cars deep) is available in the driveway, and ample additional parking can be found in the side yard next to back yard. House of Games is in a residential area off historic Route 66 and is a short drive away from downtown Bloomington and all of its shops and many restaurants. Forrest Park is less than a mile away, and Miller Park and Zoo are just over a mile away. Any forgotten items can be quickly obtained at the convenience store across the street from House of Games.
