The owners have lovingly and thoughtfully outfitted this home with a comfortable yet elegant consistent mountain modern theme throughout, which should be desirable to the most discerning guests. The space Enter through the front door into the main level foyer and you will find the kitchen and dining area immediately on your left. Dine six guests comfortably after preparing meals in a kitchen equipped with butcher block counters, custom Shaker-style cabinets, stainless appliances, and a gas cooktop. Down the main hall is the living room looking out at the rear covered porch and onto the private back yard surrounded by woods. The living room has a large wall-mounted HD Smart TV, comfortable upholstered and leather furniture, with a good mix of rustic and modern touches. Glass doors lead out from both the kitchen and living room onto the covered porch and deck, which wraps around from the front, side, and rear, and offers comfortable outdoor seating with heat for chilly days and nights, an outdoor dining table, and a stainless gas grill. Also on the main level is a half-bathroom/powder room which also serves as a laundry room. Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed, HD Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo. There is a queen bedroom which also has an HDTV, and a bunk bedroom with a twin top bunk, and a full-size sleeper sofa underneath. The bunk bedroom also has an HDTV. Central in the hallway is another full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Downstairs you will find a game room with HDTV and foosball table for casual family fun. Ample parking and a large landscaped yard with a gazebo swing make this a wonderful place for groups of up to 6. Guest access You will have private access to the entire cottage. You will be provided with a unique guest access code that will be good for the course of your stay. Codes are unique to each guest and will activate at check-in time on your day of arrival. Other things to note Must be at least 25 years of age to book. Allows pets with an additional fee paid after booking. The fee is $35 per pet per day.
