"The 34" is a cozy one bedroom/one bath metal cabin on 34 acres with coastal hayfields, wooded areas, 3 ponds and lots of wildlife. This is a quiet place, far from the main road, no close neighbors. You can stop in town for supplies, only a 5 minute drive to the "Finer Foods" store, or make a quick trip to Muenster and visit Fischer's Meat Market for amazing steaks, German bratwurst & specialty cheeses. Cook something on the charcoal grill (you will need to bring charcoal/lighter fluid). The space The queen size bed is a quality mattress with clean linens and comforter. If you have a kiddo or just a third adult that's not quite as particular about the sleeping arrangement, there is also a futon couch in the living room that could accommodate another adult or a child. Enjoy the beautiful animal artwork by local artist Heide Royer (now Cooper) whose contact information is available. Guest access Guests are welcome to roam the property by foot, but we request that you do not drive any motorized vehicle on the coastal hayfields as this is part of our income. Other things to note Dishes such as coffee cups, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, knives, cutting board, can opener are provided. Please be kind enough to clean up after yourselves. A dish brush, dish soap, dish towels and a drying rack will be provided. THERE WILL BE A $25.00 CHARGE for us to do your dirty dishes! Please also do not put food down sink. This property is on a septic system, so if you would please scrape plates in the trash before washing plates, it would be greatly appreciated. We will provide trash bags and please just leave the trash at the end of your stay as we will pick it up when we come to clean. If you are staying longer than a couple of days we will arrange to pick it up sooner. Your assistance is appreciated!
